Project Statement

Space Invaders By: Royner Mendoza & Riley Taylor
The vison for our final project was to use the skills that we've learned over the course of this semester in Javascript, Jquery, and Google Maps api, to develop a webpage with a working game. To demonstrate this we used a number of tutorials assist in building a Javascript Space Invaders, taking advantage of the Javascript canvas functionality. We also used Javascript and Jquery effects to the rest of the webpage. Our challanges occured with the collisions of the aliens and the player tank (unsuccessful with the tank). Our future improvement: implement a start screen and a player score board added.
