- 39.6oz of Carrot
- 13.2oz of Rice
- 5.2oz of Minced Steak
- 01 Place the rice in the pasta/rice cooker with 45ml of water.
- 02 Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- 03 Wash the green beans thoroughly in vinegar water without soaking them. Trim the ends off by hand and cut into 3 to 4cm pieces.
- 04 Peel the carrots, wash and cut into thin slices.
- 05 Place the carrots in the steamer basket.
- 06 Place the green beans in the steamer basket.
- 07 Cut the minced steak into small pieces.
- 08 Place the minced steak in the steamer basket.
- 09 Put water in tank 3 and start cooking.
- 10 Set aside the cooking juice.
- 11 Pour the content of the basket into the blending bowl.
- 12 Place the rice into the blending bowl.
- 13 Place the butter into the blending bowl.
- 14 Add a part of the cooking juice depending of the desired texture.
- 15 Blend the bowl content.
