Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake
You Will Need:
- 1 banana
- 1-2 scoops peanut butter
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 2 cups chocolate milk
- honey (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)

Step 1: Banana
Peel and slice one banana into small pieces and drop them in the blender with care... Or just throw them in.. Your call.

Step 2: Peanut Butter
Using a regular table spoon add one scoop of creamy delicious peanut butter into the blender. Two scoops can be used by true peanut butter lovers, but that will taste more like a peanut butter smoothie. Dont forget to lick the spoon when you're done.

Step 3: Vanilla Protein Powder
Add one heaping scoop of vanilla protein powder. Chocolate can be used as well if preferred. Protein is healthy, and an important part of any good diet. Load up!

Step 4: Honey and Cinnamon(optional)
For most delicious results add a few table spoons of honey and a fe pinches of cinnamon. These ingredients are optional, but strongly suggested.

Step 5: Chocolate Milk
Finally add two cups of chocolate milk into the blender. Keep in mind that the amount of milk added directly determines how liquid the final product is. Add more or less accordingly.

Step 6: Blend!
When everything has been added it is time to blend. To properly set the mood it is recommended that you insert headphones and play the song Cherry by Ratatat. Blend until texture appears consistant and then pour into a glass. Don't be a dick... Share!
