Thank you for bringing this unfortunate occurence to our attention, we appreciate your compliance with company policy. As you know, we at Milgans want our customers and employees to be entirely satisfied with their experiences at our store.

Valued? As if. I tell HR about our credit applications taking people's souls and I get this? I'd be surprised if an actual person even saw this first complaint.
Because you are a valued member of our sales team, we would like to extend our utmost apologies that you have experienced unclear Terms & Conditions while helping a customer. Before filing a formal complaint, please take this time to consider the possibility that your perception of the situation may be skewed due to workplace fatigue or asphyxiation by perfume. As per your own employment agreement, these are not adequate grounds for resignation, but rest assured that we take the happiness and comfortability of our employees very seriously.
Maybe at one point, but nowadays our entire value as employees is measured in how many credit cards we can issue to our poor customers.
Milgans Department Store denies any wrongdoing or allegations of unfit working conditions for our valued employees. I would like to extend my personal apology for any lack of clarity caused by this situation. Surely this is the result of a sick prank by one of our other associates.
