AMNESIA: Restored


The reconstruction of the 1986 adventure game published by Electronic Arts. During this project I have led a team of five web designers to envision the user interface, organize information architecture, create the wireframe and prototype, conduct usability testing, ensure accessibility, and code the site in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. I collaborated with the design, video game, video, animation, and promotions team to effectively host their content on the site.

The Starry Night Murder


Collaborated with team to create the site with story in mind and made design choices driven by storytelling goals. Received assets and story from team, designed site layout to showcase story and visuals effectively. Incorporated feedback from other designers, coded site in HTML5 and CSS3.

RED


Inspired by seminal text-based games ZORK and Colossal Cave Adventure. Collaborated with partner to create game in Twine, HTML5, and CSS3. Designed based on research projects on ZORK and Colossal Cave Adventure, while including original gameplay.

Mkali's Wrath


A text and audio-based multimedia story. Received story and assets from partner, created in Twine, HTML5, and CSS3. Collaborated closely to ensure my partner’s creative vision was achieved, while incorporating my own ideas.

Hypertext in Documents


Created an essay written about hypertext, using hypertext, in Twine, HTML5, and CSS3. Designed the information architecture of the site to convey the meaning of the essay.
