As Marshall McLuhan has stated, the medium does affect the message. Depending on the media that a creator's content is being placed in, it will definitely influence on how the audience views it. Some may be able to appreciate what the message is, while others may have difficultly trying to interpret it. Others may even wish to use new medias such as animation as a way to reexamine a piece of music and use their own perspective as a way to remediate it.
