Sound is one of the quintessential senses in navigating the world around us. Sound is the the primary sense that we use to help us understand life. Using sound as a medium, I created this variation of Ma Journée. The format of this is a 2:30 video created in Premiere Pro with a title screen, ending screen, and alternating primary colors every five seconds; red, yellow and blue. These three colors are the colors a painter uses to mix every color necessary on their palette. I chose these colors as they are symbolic to me; they represent everything that one can create with the bare minimum. The sound files are not all five seconds long and as such, they begin and end at varying points; not when the color matte present at their beginning, ends. This intersection of sound space and visual space creates a controlled chaos that depicts the manner in which I run through my day.
