Dene Grigar, PhD

Director & Associate Professor of the Creative Media & Digital Culture Program, Dr. Grigar is one of the two iSci Principle Investigators. She is a specialist in sensor-based, interactive installations. Her lab, the MOVE Lab, is the location where iSci is in development.

Alexander Dimitrov, PhD

Assistant Professor in Mathematics and Neuroscience, Dr. Dimitrov is lending his skills as a student mentor. He is interested in using haptic feedback to inform students about molecular behavior and has worked to develop the Facon controller interface.

Greg Philbrook

Greg used his background in C programming to begin creating the interface between controllers. A graduate of the Creative Media & Digital Culture program at Washington State University Vancouver, Greg works as the Research/Technical Assistant for the program.


Ruth Stauffer

Ruth participated in the project's concept development; she also designed and built the initial iSci website her final semester as a Creative Media & Digital Culture student at Washington State University Vancouver.

Reese Pathak

Currently attending Camas High School, Reese created the molecular simulations for the project in VMD software.
