Media

For this course I have prepared several types of media.  The first is an iBook keyed to Vince Dziekan’s Virtuality and the Art of Exhibition that we are using as our textbook. So, for those of you with access to iPads, here is a link to the iTunes site where you can download the book for free.

The second type of media I have made available to you are the components created for the iBook but reworked as independent images and slides. This will make it possible for students without access to an iPad to access this information.  You will find .tiff images that contain the key points for each chapter as well as slides that flesh out the author’s ideas.  Additionally, I have made two versions of these slides:  Keynote and Power Point.  Keep in mind that the Power Point version is less robust technologically than the Keynote and certainly less appealing.

The image for the cover of the Apple iBook I created for this course. It was shot at the Loud & Clear exhibit in April 2010 at North Bank Artists Gallery
