This is an infographic poster that explains the effects of climate change. It shows how the effect of climate change starts with humans and effects all walks of life eventually coming full circle and effecting humans. All graphics in the project were created by me using Adobe Illustrator.The assignment of the project was to create an informational poster on any subject using credible sources.
This project includes 3-4 pictures that represented myself as a brand. This is a brand containing four stock images found on Pixabay and Unsplash. The images are the outline of Washington State and Mount Rainer to show where I am from. The airplane in the upper right shows my love for travel. The camera links to photography and the picture of the Magnolia flower represents my family, especially my niece. I used Photoshop to complete the final picture.
This project was using Adobe Illustrator. Its a mock poster for a large event, that had multiple attractions going on to at this event. I used the Boston SIFI film festival (a real event) as the base for this project but gave it a Steam punk theme. I chose this theme because in history there is a big connection between Science Fiction and Steam punk. Included are some of the side attractions and events, Guests, Ticketing information, dates and times, social media platforms and sponsors.
This project was to create a logo for a company (non-fictional). Company name I created was 'Chemically Sweet', an ice cream shop with a science theme. Ice cream is served in science tubes, graduated cylinder or some other science beakers, and sundaes with scientific related names such as 'Emulsifier', 'Alchemist', and more. I created this in Adobe Illustrator.
This is a story board showing an interactive ad created for people wanting to go back to school and to advertise Washington State University Vancouver. In the story board the gray text on the side is to help describe the movement or effect the real ad would take on. The idea is to create attention to the add, inform and create pathways to find different information. I used Adobe Illustrator
In this assignment we had to create an animated logo either of a real or nonrealistic broadcasting. I chose to do a streaming service like Netflix but did some word play and called it Flixnet. I used Adobe After Effects for this project and the continuation video as well.
This is the continuation for the animated logo assignment. The meaning for this assignment was to create a full length commercial with screen wipes, sound, videos and transitions.
This product was also created in After Effects. It was a continuation of the poster projects created above. I took my static poster and fully animated it. The animation is a seamless circle between beginning and end.
This was a video I created in a non-media class of my Digital technology and culture program. For this I had to create a mashup video of several video clips and pictures in order to answer the question of what art was to me and including music.
