Music Videos has been around only for a few decades but during that time it became widely known has been one of the most viewed contents in history but it is widely known on August 1st, 1981, MTV made history by becoming the first 24-hour Video Music channel and launching the first music video which was “Video Killed the Radio Star” by The Buggles. It was only after its release that music videos became such a big hit around the Internet. Before music videos music never really had a true way to express their music in a way that people wanted them to see it.

The social impact music video has given us over these past few decades has just been so tremendous that they could help people even in the darkest of times. It has even been said that music videos or music in general has helped our children go through their daily routines easier than most. It has been said that “music is a universal language that we all understand. By appealing to our emotions, it has the ability to break down complex issues into things we can all relate to like love, friendship, fear, or loss. In this way music expands our horizons and opens our minds to new ideas.” So, when you feel like you need to escape from the real world for a bit and just be alone for a while listen to some music put your headphones and put on your computer your phone whichever and try to listen to what they are trying to tell you.
