About

I'm a 19 year old student attending Washington State University Vancouver to obtain my Bachelor's Degree in Digital Technology with a Minor in English. I achieved my General Associate's Degree from Clark College in 2017 through the Running Start program, which was also the year I graduated High School. I'm on track to graduate this program next Winter of 2019.

Digital design is something I've always been interested in. Ever since a little kid I loved playing video games and trying to learn coding. My cousin and I used to make websites for fun almost every time he would come over. I spent some time struggling when I had no idea what to go to college for, but when I learned about the DTC program at WSUV, I instantly knew it was the perfect fit for me. It's amazing that I get to go to college to pursue my passion.

In my free time when I'm not at school, I work as an Assistant Manager at a movie theater, which is a great, fun job to have. Other than that I like to play video games, read books, create music, and play with my many, many cats. You'll see in my work that most things I've created for classes have been based off of my many hobbies. I created a video infograph for my favorite musical, Dear Evan Hansen, A website dedicated completely to Elvis, a remix video about music and how it affects people all over the world, and many others. I'm grateful that this program allows me to do my favorite thing, and I get to do it for the things I love.
