Troy was the Content Team Lead in this project.
His goal as team lead was to offer guidance and assistance to teammates as needed, while also encouraging collaborative work throughout the class. Troy and his team used programs such as Maya, Substance Painter, and Photoshop to create high quality, digital 3D models.
Evan is a 3D modeler, 3D animator, and illustrator.
He handled modeling 3D renders of the Clark County Historical Museum Artifacts. Primarily, he used Autodesk Maya to sculpt the shape of the model, as well as Photoshop and Substance Painter to construct textures for each model. He recreated models with close accuracy, using textures that best reflected the models to really help them come alive.
Cody specializes in 3D Art and Game Design.
He modeled four of the artifacts for the CCHM virtual tour: Ogden Pin, League of Women Voters Pin, Shipyard Bracelet, and Eisenhower Hat. This process involved interpreting models from the direct source, creating textures to mimic the look and feel of the original artifact, and making them readily available to function on the website.
Allison is a 3D Modeler and 2D & 3D Animator.
Throughout this project, she has created four models for the Clark County Historical Museum. The models include the Sacred Heart, the Couple Pins, and the Parasol. She also created the UV maps as well as painted textures on the Parasol model.
The Content Team created detailed, life-like 3D models of select artifacts from the Clark County Historical Museum to create a Virtual Tour for website users. Each model took over ten hours to create, and the team of artists paid close attention to recreating every detail of the artifacts.
