The Parks Foundation celebrates our second annual Halloween family event, BOOVILLE.
Families, come join us Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. for amazing indoor Halloween fun! A free public event, BOOVILLE features safe Halloween activities for young kids and their families at Luepke Community Center, 1009 E. McLoughlin Blvd., Vancouver WA.
Spooktacular adventure awaits from the moment you spy iQ Credit Union’s rock’n Plaid Wagon, to indoor sports with Vancouver Parks and Recreation, to costume parades with Waste Connections, to our pumpkin patch and decorating with HAPO Credit Union, to face painting thanks to DeWils. Be sure to get your trick-or-treating bag from Clark College as you begin your journey.
BOOVILLE provides opportunities for children and their families to connect with community resources and family-focused businesses from throughout Clark County. We are pleased to have Fort Vancouver Library, EOCF, Camp Hope, Main Event, Port of Vancouver, Vancouver Specialties, Must Love Kids Dentistry, PAL, Clark County Food Bank, Yoder Chiropractic, Vancouver’s Downtown Association, WSU Clark County Extension Master Gardener, ESD 112, East/West Martial Arts, Patient Direct Care, and Storybook Dental participating.
Kelsey The Face Painting Lady will be on hand to create some amazing face art from 10-12:00. Be sure to show off your costume and face painting at one of our parades, led by Waste Connections. Step over to Marshall Center and take your turn at some fun indoor kid sports.
