Dellan Redjou has lived in Clark County since 1979, moving from the San Francisco Bay Area. She spent 30 years as a co-owner of Smokey’s Pizza, a local restaurant in Clark County. After leaving the restaurant industry, she became the Director of Volunteers for Share and spent five years coordinating and working with over 3000 volunteers on a yearly basis before joining the Parks Foundation of Clark County as its Executive Director. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Greater Clark County, volunteering in many areas of the club and serving in many capacities including President of both the club and the foundation. As a member of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, she served on the board and has been a committee member of the Public Affairs Committee for over 20 years. She was also president of the Hazel Dell Salmon Creek Business Association and served as the chair of the Hazer Dell Parade for 14 years. Recent community awards include 2018 Alumnus of the Year and the same year she was named the Community Champion for the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. Dellan is also a member of the Clark County Hall of Fame.
1. Lewisville State Park, a great place for a picnic and lots of open space.
2. Cressup Park in Battle Ground. It has a playground that the kids played at when they were little and a walking path around a wetland area, plus it is in walking distace of our house.
3. Kiwanis Park, also in Battle Ground. Still in walking distance, but more likely a bike ride, to get there.
