About Tracy:

Born in Bend Oregon, raised in Ridgefield Washington. attended Clark College for two years in Vancouver before deciding that home building was the ultimate career choice. Doriot Construction was conceived in 1978 and thru good times and bad, we have provided the finest possible custom home products to our clients. The first 25 years were hands on. During that period, I became an expert in literally all phases of custom residential construction. That experience pays dividends as we craft the amazing products we build today.
The 2018 Clark County Parade of Homes was a highwater mark as we took home people’s choice awards for Best of Show, Best Architecture, Best Kitchen and Best Master Bath for our now famous Timberline project.
Along with my passion for the art of custom homebuilding, my love and advocacy for our industry is extremely important. I have served in a senior leadership role with the BIA of Clark County including serving as President multiple times. Along with other roles, I currently serve as First Vice President of our state association BIAW.

Why the Parks Foundation:

Parks and outdoor recreational opportunities are vital for the livability of a thriving community. I was honored to be asked to join a dynamic and influential group of directors to help support that endeavor.

Favorite Park(s):

Perhaps my favorite is Abrams Park in Ridgefield. As a young person growing up in Ridgefield, many summer days were spent exploring the outdoors including the creek with friends. I cherish those moments to this day. I still attend the Ridgefield 4th of July Celebration’s salmon BBQ every summer.
Another favorite is Lewisville Park. The rural character and adjacent Lewis River are truly a Clark County Treasure.
I also frequent Washougal’s Waterfront Park. The proximity to the Columbia River and the Mt. Hood views make this park truly spectacular.
