In 1995, I was a Writer-in-Residence, Assistant
Professor, at The University of Toledo. In 1992, I received a National
Endowment for the Arts Grant in Literature (Poetry). I have been awarded
State of Florida Arts Fellowships (Literature 1988-89 and Interdisciplinary
Category 1994-95) and two Rockefeller and NEA supported regional re-grants
for New Forms.
I am the author of seven books: The
