This project was an exploration of color design. I wanted to explore how color can help inform or contradict a composition.
This project, for DTC 201, required the creation of a portrait in Adobe Illustrator. I chose to piece together mosaic like pieces of color to create an overall composition.
This was inspired by the bioluminescent algae in the San Juan Islands in Washington. The algae allows one to see the movement of fish below them, outlined in glowing green specks. It is impossible to capture by camera, so I wanted to recreate it in an illustration.
I created this project, inspired by a visor and my backyard garden. This project was meant to capture the magic and serenity which can be found while gardening.
This project was created for the band Kambree, for their self titled EP released in 2017. I collaborated with the band to align my design with their tastes and the themes of their music.
