The Electronic Literature Collection 1 is an anthology of 72 works of electronic literature published both on CD-ROM and the web by the Electronic Literature Organization in 2006. It was edited by N. Katherine Hayles, Nick Montfort, Scott Rettberg, and Stephanie Strickland.
In 2018, the local files for the collection were given to the ELL from the ELO to put on the ELO Repository Website, hosted by the Electronic Textual Cultures Lab. The files were later moved to the ELO server in 2019.
