Poverty Immersion Event

Council for the Homeless organized an event to bring community members together and simulate the struggle of what it is like to be someone living in poverty. These events are a first step into building empathy into our communities for understanding what less fortunate people go through. Look out for events like this, as well as ways to be connected and help out those in need in your communities!
