Explore F1 Website Design
I created this website as part of my web design class. The project was to create a multimodal website about a topic of your choosing, so I designed the site to be somewhere that people new to F1 could learn about the sport. The first page of the website features car parts that users can hover over to read a description about. The second page contains a breakdown of important aspects of F1 strategy, such as performance regulations and tyres. The third page contains information about me, a production statement, and the sources for the site.
Recipe Website Design
I designed a site for a fall spice cake recipe that my family makes every fall. The website was a study in responsive design and color, featuring a five-color palette to match the website's images and layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop screen sizes. The site was designed to capture the coziness and charm of the fall season with a color palette of cream and muted browns and oranges.
Info Card Website Design
I designed a website detailing the achievements and history of the Dutch National Soccer Teams. The website features a responsive design with layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop screens. It also contains an orange color scheme to echo the significance of the color in Dutch sports and culture. I experimented with adding tables and forms to a website during this project, as well as getting a chance to practice my HTML and CSS skills.
Blackbird Website Design
This project was an exercise in CSS design. We were given a basic HTML framework and the words to Wallace Simpson's Thirteen Ways of looking at a Blackbird, and then were tasked with creating a unique design for the site using some CSS. The design involved color work and typography, as well as formatting the layout.
