The book cloth and the binder's board must first be cut to size.

The book cloth is then marked; the measurements are determined by the size of the finished book.

The binder's board is then glued to the book cloth. A stiff spine piece is also glued to the book cloth.

The corners are cut off of the book cloth.

The extra book cloth is then folded & glued to the inside of the cover.

The completed hard cover is now ready for printing.
