DATA ENTRY: PORTAL is a VR game experience based off of the 1986 game Portal, created by Rob Swigart and published by activision. Our teams role was to bring a game designed for the Commodore 64 and adapt it to a modern system using inspiration from Rob Swigart and his original vision for the Portal story. Using the Meta Quest 2 we are able to give players an unforgettable experience using interactive puzzles, lore filled media sequences, and a plethora of sounds and immersive experiences.
I have been a modeler on the game development team since August 2023 and have made several new models for the project, as well as remaking models from a previous team of developers. DATA ENTRY: PORTAL's release date is set for December 2023 and I am very excited to see the project I helped make come to life.
