About the position:
This job is primarily a LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) development position. The developer must be able to take completed PhotoShop design files and create fully operating websites from them. Projects will range from small local business websites with custom CMS systems to large scale e-commerce and social networking websites. PHP developers with CakePHP frame work experience a bonus.

The developer needs to be a team player with a great personality. They need to be dependable, responsible, function well under deadlines, a self starter, able to work independently, and able to take instructions easily.
