Our Classroom Promotes Hands-On Learning & Collaboration

Our courses are offered in the Multimedia Classroom (VMMC 111), a top of the line facility containing 30 iMacs, with the Adobe Suite, After Effects, Maya, Unity, UnReal Engine, Blender, and other software. We encourage a fluid, open environment for hands-on learning and collaboration.

Computers

Twenty-four 27" iMacs, arranged four computers to one of six pods, with six additional Mac Pros available as a rendering farm for our animation classes, and Wacom tablets available at each computer pod. Students also have access to an HTC Vive, Oculus, and Meta VR equipment.

Software

Software includes the complete Adobe Suite, including PhotoShop, Illustrator, and InDesign; animation & 3D modeling software like After Effects, Maya, Mudbox, ZBrush, and Blender; game engines Unity and UnReal Engine; Apple products like Garage Band, Pages, and Keynote; and many more.
