Welcome to my Source Filmmaker how-to website! This website is designed to use visuals as a primary method of teaching upcoming SFM users the very basics of making posters and animations. The goal of this page is to teach users in a way that doesn't confuse, and potentially confuse newcomers.
The process of building this website, while not the hardest out of all of the projects, was a pretty satisfying one, albeit time consuming. I have always wanted to give some form of tutorial in the basics of Source Filmmaker, and I felt that this was the perfect chance to do just that. I did my best to combine both text and images to explain each of the basic aspects in SFM in as simple of a way as possible. In the future, I will be sharing this site to use as hopefully a starting point for new users. I am especially hopeful that the people that do see this site will find it to be a great resource for learning the basics and potentially become the next big SFM animator.
