Week 6 — Layout & Positioning

This week we will look at different CSS strategies to control page layout and apply more effective visual hierarchy, including the float, flex, and grid properties. We will also learn how to have greater control over how specific elements are positioned using the relative, absolute, fixed, and sticky properties.

LOOK AHEAD
Our explainer project wraps up very soon and the recipe project is on the horizon. Begin thinking about what receipe you want to use for this project, and begin thinking about your recipe design. Think about how a user will use a recipe, and how you can cater your design to that user experience.
