Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Combine ½ c. sugar and cinnamon, set aside. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and the remaining sugar. Combine buttermilk, egg, and oil. Stir in dry ingredients until combined. Grease bottom of a 9x5x3” pan. Pour half the batter into pan. Sprinkle with half of cinnamon sugar mixture. Carefully spread the remaining batter. Swirl knife through batter. Bake at 350* for 40 min. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan and place on wire rack. To make glaze, combine both ingredients. Drizzle glaze over cooked bread.
