Potato Casserole

1 pkg. (2#) Hash browns, thawed 60 min.

1 c. Onion, chopped

1 can Mushroom Soup

1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

1 c. Non-Fat Sour Cream

2 c. Grated Cheese

1 c. Breadcrumbs + 2 tbsp. melted Margarine

Season to taste

Mix all together and place in 9x13” pan. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake 1 hr. at 375*.
