In a bowl, beat egg until light, then beat in sugar until well blended. Combine flour, with baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; sift into egg mixture. Stir until mixed well. Stir in apples and nuts. Spoon into well-greased pie pan. Smooth top with spatula. Bake at 350* oven for 45min. To reheat, place in 350* oven uncovered for about 10 min.
