Sift together dry ingredients. Beat eggs, add oil, buttermilk, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well, and dd to dry ingredients. Mun in pineapple, carrots, nuts and coconut. Pour into lightly greased and floured 9x13” baking pan. Bake at 350* for 55 min. or until done. Frosting: Mix all frosting ingredients together well. Nuts may be added if desired.
