Spread chicken breast flat: place cheese & ham on top. Fold breast over filling and fasten edges with toothpicks, or with string. In skillet over med. heat in hot margarine. Cook chicken until browned. Add water & bouillon, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer 30 min. or until tender. Remove to platter. In small bowl, blend cream into cornstarch until smooth. Gradually add to drippings in pan. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve chicken over rice.
