Quick Saucy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

3 c. Chicken or Turkey, cut up

2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup

1 pkg. Mixed Vegetables, frozen

1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning

½ tsp. Garlic Salt

2 c. Bisquick

1 ½ c. Milk

1 tsp. Parsley Flakes

Directions

Heat oven to 450*. Mix soup, vegetables, poultry season & garlic salt in greased 9x13” baking dish. Stir Bisquick mix and milk until blended. Pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 30-32 min. or until crust is brown.
